New or Used RV Purchase
You have decided how you will use your RV now you have to decide whether to purchase a new or used RV. There are advantages and disadvantages to both.
An advantage to purchasing a New RV is getting the features you would like in the RV, and knowing all components are in new and working condition is a comfort to most people. Purchasing a Used RV has its advantages and disadvantages too. A major advantage is the price. The price on a used RV will probably be considerably lower than a new RV. A disadvantage is not knowing the history of the RV. A suggestion for the first time RV'er is to purchase a used RV from a friend or family member.
It is a matter of personal preference whether you buy a new or used RV. If you choose to purchase a used RV make sure you take it to a reputable RV dealer to have it inspected prior to purchasing. If you are purchasing a new RV make sure you review the service agreement with the dealership so you know what to do if something goes wrong.
